The protection of personal data of customers is essential for us, so we pay all necessary attention to personal data and their protection. In these principles of personal data processing (hereinafter “principles”) you will find information about what personal data we collect about you, on what legal basis we process them, for what purpose we use them, how long we store them and to whom we can pass them. In the principles, we also inform you about your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.
- What personal data do we process?
If you use the services of our website, we process various types of data about you.
• 1.1. If you order travel arrangements on the website? The most common information you trust us with is information obtained through the service order form on our websites. These are mainly data that are absolutely necessary for concluding and executing a purchase contract. Information that is necessary for the realization of your order and can be divided into:1. identification data, ie. name and surname and, in the case of a purchase per company, also the company’s registration and tax number;2. contact details, ie. email address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank account, payment details.3. data generated on the basis of the concluded contract, ie. purchased arrangement; the scope of services provided and the customer segment.
• 1.2. If you register your e-mail on the website?If you want to enjoy all the benefits of early notification of events, you must first register your e-mail on our website – subscription list. Information that is necessary for the realization of your order and can be divided into:1. identification data, ie. name and surname and, in the case of a purchase per company, also the company’s registration and tax number;2. contact details, ie. email address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, bank account, payment details. You don’t have to subscribe your e-mail to make a purchase on our website.
• 1.3. If you receive marketing messages from us? You can receive marketing messages from us about future events. You can always unsubscribe from receiving these messages via the unsubscribe link found at the end of each email with these messages. Unsubscribing from receiving business messages is free. If you have registered your e-mail on the mailing list, you can also receive marketing messages via text SMS or on Facebook or Messenger. Such processing follows the principles of personal data processing of a specific social network. You can refuse to receive messages through such channels at any time. If you receive such messages, we process the following data:1. identification data, specifically your name;2. contact details through which we can communicate with you, specifically the e-mail address, or if you are a registered user, then also the telephone number;3. demographic data that we determine / determine based on your online preferences and behavior; gender information and preferred language.

Because we want you to be involved in the world of our event organization, we allow you to be active on our websites and co-create content such as comments on individual events. It is not necessary to have a user account to create such content, but only your name and surname can be listed, if of course you enter them in the form. You are responsible for entering content and activity on our websites, so please do not share personal information that you do not want to be publicly available. Our websites may contain links to other websites that we believe are practical and could contain useful information. Therefore, we would like to remind you that the owners and operators of these sites may be other companies and organizations that process data according to their principles of protection and protection of personal data. The publication must be public, which means that we can publish selected information about the winner on our pages or profile on a specific social network. Any activity or communication with us via social networks and the processing of your personal data follow the principles of personal data processing for which the controller of a specific social network is responsible. If you sign up for the prize draw, we process the following personal data:1. identification data, such as name and surname;2. contact details, ie. your social network profile or the email address we need in case of a win, as well as your mailing address, zip code, billing address, phone number.
2. For what purpose do we process personal data?
• 2.1. Purchase of servicesWe most often process your personal data for the purpose of realizing the purchase contract so that we can successfully process your order. The e-mail address and telephone number are intended for sending the order confirmation, confirmation of payment received, sending the electronic invoice, as well as for current notification regarding the status of your order and any other individual communication related to specific orders.
• 2.2. Marketing offersWe are sending you commercial messages about services you have already purchased from us. You can always reject these commercial messages via the unsubscribe link found just below in any email with such content. If you have registered your e-mail on the mailing list, we also send you commercial messages via text SMS or push messages in our mobile application. You can also receive push messages with commercial content on Facebook or Messenger. This processing follows the principles of processing personal data of a specific social network. In the event that you unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications, we will no longer use your electronic contact information for these purposes. Unsubscribing from receiving business messages is free.

Customization and design of content, ensuring better functioning of websites We want to adapt the content to you and present the services that interest you, so we use the collection of personal data to personalize the content and offer on our websites. The marketing offers you see may be selected based on other information we have obtained about you on an ongoing basis based on your contact and demographic information, popular items, and usage information in connection with our websites. When transferring your personal data to our processors, we may in some cases also transfer personal data to third countries that are not part of the European Union and which do not ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data. However, such a transfer will only take place if our processor undertakes to comply with the standard contractual provisions issued by the European Commission and available here.
- How long do we process personal data and how is it protected?
- 5.1. Duration of processing
We primarily process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship, ie the purchase contract. We are obliged to process this personal data, which is necessary for the performance of all our obligations, regardless of whether it is an obligation arising from a contract concluded between us or from generally binding legal regulations, as long as the relevant legal regulations stipulate. For example, as an administrator, we are required to keep your information for at least 10 years from the date of issue.
If you communicate with us through our customer service, we retain personal information from the communication for another two years.
If you give your consent to send marketing messages, that consent is valid for four years or until it is revoked. The consent given by sending your rating is valid for six years or until it is revoked. If you create content as part of our posts, your consent granted by posting your comment on such post is valid for two years or until it is revoked.
If you participate in our prize draw, we process your personal data for one year.
In other cases, the duration of the processing of your personal data derives from the purpose of the processing or is given by binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. After certain processing deadlines, your personal data will be automatically deleted.
